A website isn’t a growth strategy. It’s where one has to work.

A new site can help, but only when it connects a clear offer to the people looking for it—and gives them a useful next step.

Start with the business problem

“We need a new website” is often the first sentence, not the whole brief. Maybe the right people can’t tell what you do. Maybe enquiries arrive without enough context. Maybe the business has changed and the site still describes the old version.

Name the problem before choosing the redesign. It gives every decision—from page structure to the first button—a job to do.

Make the next step obvious

A visitor shouldn’t have to guess what happens after reading. Give each important page one clear next step, explain what that step involves, and make the route easy to find on a phone as well as a desktop.

That doesn’t mean putting a sales button in every gap. It means removing uncertainty at the moment a person is ready to act.

Treat the site as part of a system

Your site works alongside your positioning, search visibility, follow-up, and the way you handle an enquiry. If those pieces disagree, a polished page can’t compensate for the disconnect.
