About Cevora

We started Cevora because “just hire five different people” was never good advice.

We're a studio built around one idea: a business's website, brand, marketing, and systems work better when the same team is thinking about all of them at once.

Our story

Why Cevora exists

Most businesses end up with a website built by one person, a logo designed by another, social media handled by a third, and nobody really responsible for whether any of it actually works together. Each piece might be fine on its own. Together, they rarely add up to something coherent — because nobody involved was looking at the whole picture.

That's the gap Cevora is built to close. Instead of handing you off between a designer, a marketer, a developer, and an automation specialist who've never spoken to each other, we built one studio that handles all of it — so your brand, your site, your marketing, and the systems running quietly behind the scenes are all working from the same understanding of your business.

We also believe in using the best tools available to get there faster — including AI, used deliberately and transparently, and only where you're comfortable with it — never as a shortcut that costs you quality or control.

Mission & values

What we're actually trying to do

Most businesses are told to pick between quality and speed, or between creative work and results that actually move the needle. We don't think that's a real trade-off — it's just what happens when too few people are looking at the whole picture at once. Our goal is simple: build things that look good, work well, and make an honest, measurable difference to how many clients you bring in.

A few things that don't change, regardless of project size

Our approach to AI

We use AI. You decide how much.

AI is part of how we work faster — speeding up research, drafting, iteration, and the repetitive parts of a project that used to eat hours. But it's a tool we use carefully, not a shortcut we take quietly.

What that actually means

  • We ask first. Before AI is used anywhere in your project — writing, design exploration, code, automation — we check that you're comfortable with it. If you'd rather certain parts of your project stay entirely human-made, we respect that.

  • A person reviews everything. Nothing AI touches ships without a member of our team checking it for accuracy, quality, and fit with your brand. AI drafts; people decide.

  • We're transparent about where it's used. If AI played a role in part of your project, we'll tell you — not bury it and hope it doesn't come up.

  • Your data stays yours. We don't use client work, content, or data to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.

If you'd rather we avoid AI entirely on your project, tell us — we'll scope it that way from the start, no friction.

How we work

A few things that shape every project

  1. From day one

    One team, start to finish

You're not re-explaining your business to a new person every time a different service kicks in.

  2. While we build

    Fast doesn't mean rushed

We move quickly because we're organized and use the right tools — not by skipping steps that matter.

  3. After launch

    We stick around after launch

A project doesn't end at delivery. Ongoing optimization and support are part of how we work, not an upsell.
